Author Kevin Weatherby is the founder of Save the Cowboy, a non-profit, faith-based working ranch dedicated to teaching authentic, everyday Christianity through the legacy, artistry, and traditions of the working ranch cowboy. KEVIN WEATHERBY started the non-profit Save the Cowboy in 2011 to take the values of courage, honesty, respect, integrity, strength, and truth and introduce Christ to the world. As a pastor and cowboy himself, his ministry to cowboys is founded on a desire to keep the gospel simple without being shallow. Save the Cowboy provides church services, an online mentorship program, and a Bible paraphrase, “The Simplified Cowboy Version,” to reach people with God’s truth in common, compelling language.
