We have made this hot sauce for our own table for many years and guests always asked why we did not sell it. The simple answer is, we did not have a name for this one, it was just "our" hot sauce. But all that changed one day in the kitchen when inspired by Alfred, Jellyman dubbed it "As the World Burns". So there you go, our hottest sauce, combining flavorful Scotch Bonnet Peppers with sweet chilis for an in your face heat, balanced with a nice, smoky garlic finish.
