“Heart of the Fire”. Captain Rodney has discovered the secrets of the heart, and for a price, he might be willing to share them with you. Using the Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Pepper and his own blend of spices, the Captain has captured and bottled the very essence of fire. Not a sauce for the faint of heart, only the very bravest can enter the heart of the fire, the Corazon del Fuego. An excellent all-around hot sauce perfect to give that extra kick to any dish. Use sparingly on meat or vegetables to bring a little “fire” to your table.

Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Tomato Paste, Cane Sugar, Scotch Bonnet Pepper Mash, Spice Blend (Onion, Salt, Annatto, Allspice ).
